Our system FILTRA4 consists in:
FILTRA1:
Metallic swarfs and chips are collected in phase 1 by settling and are dragged out by a solid extracting dredge.

FILTRA2:
Metallic sludges floating in the emulsion (calamine, metallic powder, etc..) are compacted by the coalescers and are collected and extracted in a container by a the solid extracting dredge.

FILTRA3:
Non-soluble oils (oils from the material, hydraulic oil leakages, etc) are collected by an oil-attracting drum, which is in continual contact with the liquid surface.

FILTRA4:
Automatic emulsion refilling: Filtered emulsion volume is constantly controlled, and refilled to the appropiate working and mix levels.
